Taking final inspection as an example, a home textile inspection usually covers following items:
Check available quantity
Select samples according to ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (MIL-STD-105E), ISO 2859, or GB 2828.1
Check packaging
Check garment construction and conformity
Check garment fitting and measurements
Check workmanship defects, evaluated against AQL 2.5/4.0, unless otherwise specified by the customer
On-site testing of product quality, weight, stability, function, safety and barcode scanning
Pick up bulk samples or defective samples and seal upon request
